Her expertise in human resources management includes a combination of curriculum design, facilitation and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Manswell has been responsible for employee development and executive leadership programs with Fortune 100 companies and community organizations.
In addition to the ASTD Credential as a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, she holds an MBA with a concentration in leadership. She also holds in BA in Justice and Law Enforcement from the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, MB. Early in her career she worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
